對於敏感肌來說，用甚麼潔面最為重要，這是修復的第一重要步驟！

敏感肌的成因眾多，往往是多種敏感因子交互作用下所產生的結果。敏感肌通常會自帶以下各種皮膚問題，例如：乾燥皮膚、青春痘膚質、酒糟肌（Rosacea）、口週皮炎（Perioral dermatitis）及異位性皮膚炎等，這些症狀均會對外在敏感因子迅速作出反應。

目前仍無法明確釐清敏感肌的成因，但已知道的是，敏感肌是皮膚屏障功能受損，角質層的水合作用（Hydratation）降低，引致皮膚很容易被刺激。這類膚質的症狀包括發紅、灼熱、刺痛以及搔癢，此感覺會在淋浴後或溫度由冷轉熱時顯得更為強烈。

對敏感肌來說，要奉行「少即是多」的原則。要避開所有可能會引致肌膚狀況惡化的外在因素，例如：果酸、水楊酸等，其他即使如護理敏感肌膚的洋甘菊或小麥等植物萃取物，也可能會引發皮產生過敏反應。因此，高度敏感膚質的肌膚，清潔和保養最好選擇成分比較簡單乾淨的護膚品。

挑選產品時，應優先考慮pH值為5.5的產品。這一點對清潔產品尤為重要。因為多數潔面產品的pH值為7或以上，容易刺激皮膚，令已受損的皮膚天然屏障更加脆弱。

This formulation doesn't include fillers and doesn't have add-ons, it's sole purpose is to remove the day away, restore pH balance, and prep the skin as a canvas getting it ready for your skincare routine application. Gentle Everyday Cleanser’s pH is 5.5.

用法
溫水濕臉，揼1-2泵Cleanset在手掌心，雙手搓揉至起泡，將泡泡面上輕輕打圈按摩（別忘記髮際線及耳背後面都要清洗），之後用水徹底沖洗乾淨。

卸除防曬或淡妝
潤濕潔膚棉，將 Cleanser 擠到潔膚棉上，輕輕地擦去面上淡妝或防曬霜，直到所有化妝品完全卸除。 用水徹底沖洗潔面乳。

HOW TO USE
Wet your face with warm water, dispense 1-2 pumps of the Cleanser into palm, spread the liquid of both hands and gently move in circles. Rinse Cleanser off with water completely and pat skin dry.

To remove Sunblock or Light Make-Up
Wet a Cotton Pad, dispense Cleanser onto a wet cotton pad gently messaging the liquid in. Continue until all makeup is fully removed. Rinse Cleanser off with water completely, pat skin dry.
